The Garden Angels are a group of people interested in keeping the church property in good shape, specializing in the landscaping. We have at the present time 15 men and three women. Everyone is welcome. We meet every Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast at the church (free of charge). We do all the pruning, cutting, weed pulling and general cleaning of the church property. Our Program Director is Lincoln Fujii.
The United Methodist Women (UMW) is an active women’s group of 140 members. Activities include educational programs, community service projects and fellowship.
The Mission Committee provides ministry to the community and beyond in many ways:
Chancel Choir
The Chancel Choir presents sacred choral music during Sunday morning worship services. The choir meets September through June. Practices are Wednesdays at

The Sakura Chorus is a Japanese choral group that meets twice a month on the first
and third Sundays and practices from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. They sing a variety of beautiful
songs -
Boutique
The Boutique makes handcrafted items for the Fall Bazaar. They meet every Monday morning in the Fellowship Hall at 9:30 AM. They make many items, such as dish towels, pillows, blankets, knitted afghans, ornaments, and aprons. The Boutique always welcome new crafters and ideas.
Craft Club
The Craft Club makes handcrafted paper crafts, such as greeting cards, gift bags, tags, and scrapbooking. They have several greeting card sales per year and donates the proceeds to various organizations. The Craft Club meets the first Sunday of each
month after Fellowship Hour. One or two members are assigned each month to demonstrate a craft technique. Join us if you love paper crafts!
Spirit Within Group
The Spirit Within Group meets once a month to share their faith in fellowship. Members of the group are assigned a month to organize an event, such as lunch, nature walks, movies, or dinner.
